A logo designed by Little Rock ad/marketing agency Eric Rob & Isaac has been published in Communication Arts’ Design Annual 56, a “juried competition representing the best in design from around the world.” The ad was designed for Brandon Moving & Storage, the Bekins Van Lines affiliate located on Maumelle Boulevard. The logo features two boxes on a dolly, tilted back and forming a block letter B.

Christine Romans, chief business correspondent for CNN, will be the guest speaker for the 32nd annual Murphy Lecture at Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia on Oct. 8. Her speech is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the Harton Theatre on the SAU campus. It’s free and open to the public.
Chris Swaim is the new weekend meteorologist at KHBS/KHOG, the ABC affiliate in Fort Smith and northwest Arkansas. He comes from Indiana.
Anchor/reporter Aubry Killion is leaving KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fort Smith/NWA, to take a job at KTBS, the ABC station in Shreveport.
