Erin Maxwell, David Jarnagin Named to Lead Exec Roles at Arkansas Blue Cross

Erin Maxwell and David Jarnagin have been named to lead executive roles at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock.

Maxwell, who has been with the company since 2005, was named lead executive of customer services. She was previously director of BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas customer service and interim director of customer service for all product lines.

Maxwell has a Professional, Health Insurance Advanced Studies certification from America’s Health Insurance Plans and is an alumnus of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Greater Little Rock program and the Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy.

Jarnagin, who has been with the company since 2017, was named lead executive of customer accounts and membership. He’ll be responsible for enrollment, billing and member ID cards.

Jarnagin was previously manager of payment innovations. Before joining Arkansas Blue Cross, he spent 19 years at Electronic Data Systems/Hewlett-Packard/DXC Technologies.

Jarnagin holds a bachelor’s in business administration from Harding University in Searcy.
