Everett Automotive Group of Bryant announced the acquisition of Mark Martin Kia in Batesville.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The dealership in Batesville, formerly owned by Lance Landers, has been rebranded as Everett Kia. It’s the company’s seventh dealership in Arkansas.

“As Kia continues to grow and evolve, the need for a new, modern facility became clear — one that could better serve the needs of our customers and meet the brand’s updated standards,” Landers said in a news release. “I’m confident Everett is the right team to take that next step and elevate the dealership experience.”

Everett’s portfolio includes Everett Buick GMC in Bryant; Infiniti of Central Arkansas in Benton; Everett Chevrolet in Benton; Everett Ford in Benton; and Everett Volkswagen of Northwest Arkansas in Roger; and Everett Infiniti of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers.

“We’re thrilled to bring the Everett brand to Batesville and expand our presence in this vibrant region,” Dwight Everett, owner of Everett Automotive Group, said in the release. “Our team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we’re eager to build strong ties with the Batesville community and surrounding areas while offering top-quality vehicles and service.”
