May will serve as senior vice president and manager of investment financial operations. Adams and Seay have been promoted to senior vice presidents and will serve as investment securities registered representatives. France, an investment securities registered representative, and Willett, an investment trader, have been promoted to vice presidents, and Johnson, manager of fixed income and dealer bank operations, has been promoted to assistant vice president.
Dave White has joined Farmers Bank & Trust in Texarkana as chief lending officer. He has 20 years of bank management experience and previously served as Texarkana market president at Texana Bank.
Charles Steele is retiring from Crews & Associates Inc. in Little Rock after more than 30 years in bond financing. He joined Crews in 1996 to manage its Capital Markets Group and most recently worked on business development and special projects assigned by the firm’s chief executive officer.
Jennifer Wright has been promoted to retail manager and consumer loan officer at Citizens Bank’s Imboden branch. She has 15 years of banking experience and previously was senior teller.

Don McDonald, a financial adviser at Merrill Lynch in Fort Smith, has been recognized as the number one financial adviser in Arkansas, having earned a spot on Barron magazine’s America’s Top 1,200 Advisors list.
Shelly Gist has been promoted to trust officer at Centennial Bank Trust in Jonesboro. She has nine years of financial experience and previously was trust assistant.

Genice Hanson has been named clinic director of Medical Park Orthopaedic Clinic in Batesville after its recent acquisition by White River Health System.

Brandon C. Robinson has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as associate general counsel. Robinson, who will handles contracting and utility regulation, comes to UAMS from the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, where he started in 2010 in the civil litigation division.
