The project will be located at 601 Gateway Grove Loop in Little Rock.
► Mills 430 LLC, led by J.D. Ashley Jr., sold 23,925 SF of retail space in west Little Rock for $1.5 million.

► Baptist Health bought 9,875 SF of 11th-floor office space in the Medical Towers I Building at 9601 Baptist Health Drive for more than $1.2 million.
