The Harmon Place apartment complex on South Duncan Avenue in Fayetteville sold for $3 million.

The buyer, aptly named South Duncan Properties LLC, bought the 28-unit, 23,606-SF complex. Vicki Bronson, an attorney and partner with the Conner & Winters Law Firm in Fayetteville, is the authorized agent for South Duncan Properties.

First National Bank of Fort Smith provided a loan of slightly more than $2.9 million. The sellers were Mark and Carie Pryor of Fayetteville.

Mark owns Pryor Properties, which manages and owns multifamily residences in northwest Arkansas.

Pryor acquired the Harmon Place complex for $930,000 in 1998.
