Fayetteville Auto Repair Shop Sells for $2.5M (NWA Real Deals)Lock Icon

An automobile repair shop just off Interstate 49 in Fayetteville sold for $2.5 million.

Dustin Hughes and Jason Kimes of Alma bought the 9,817-SF property that used to be home to Sines Body Shop on West Old Farmington Road. Hughes and Kimes bought the 1.2-acre property through their K&H Holdings Co. of Arkansas LLC.

Kimes is vice president of Auto Plex Collision Repair, which acquired Sines. The company, which was founded and is owned by Jason’s father, Danny, plans to renovate the former Sines facility before reopening. Citizens Bank & Trust of Van Buren provided a loan of $2.51 million. The seller was LJ Holdings LLC of Fayetteville, led by Jimmy and Lisa Deen. Jimmy Deen was the owner of Sines.

Fayetteville Apartments

An apartment complex in Fayetteville sold for $2.3 million.

Kenneth Hall, through his Templeton Apartments LLC, bought the Templeton Place apartments, located on their namesake street. The complex has 38 units totaling 14,112 SF.

Legacy National Bank provided a loan of $1.75 million.

The seller was Volunteer Holdings LLC, led by Donald Smith of Springdale. He acquired the property for $1.45 million in 2014.

Springdale Bowl

A Springdale bowling alley sold for $2.2 million to a Louisiana buyer.

Rodney Savoy, through his Gagnard Real Estate Properties LLC, bought the 24,420-SF bowling alley on South Thompson Street. Savoy is a real estate developer in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Investar Bank of Lafayette provided a loan of $1.84 million.

The seller was LB Granata Inc. of Tontitown, led by Mary Alice Granata. Granata’s late husband, Tommy, was the longtime owner of the alley.

Buffalo Wild Wings

A Springdale Buffalo Wild Wings sold for $1.6 million to a franchisee of the restaurant chain.

Edward Lynn of Oklahoma City, through his 6938 W Sunset LLC, bought the 5,546-SF restaurant on Sunset Avenue. It sits on 1.4 acres.

BancFirst of Oklahoma City provided a loan of $1.1 million.

The seller was Wingbacks Properties LLC, led by Nancy Bruno of La Porte, Indiana. Bruno is the general partner of JN Properties.

All in the Family

An apartment complex in Fayetteville sold for $1.5 million.

Ray and BriAnne Schlegel, through their 820 Properties LLC, bought the 10-unit complex on North Leverett Avenue. The half-acre property totals 8,840 SF. The seller was SBS Properties LLC of Fayetteville, led by Ben and Sylvia Schlegel. They acquired the property for $895,000 in 2004.

Ray and BriAnne Schlegel took out a $1.35 million mortgage from SBS.

Farmington Center

A 10,280-SF shopping center in Farmington sold for $1.1 million.

Frank Murphy Properties LLC, led by Jackson and Jana Chism of Farmington, bought the 1-acre property on South Saratoga Way. Chism owns Upper Cervical Clinic of Northwest Arkansas, which has an office at the center. Other tenants include a hair salon and a church.

Priority Bank provided a loan of $935,000. The seller was Pure Properties LLC, led by Keith and Meredith Purifoy of Farmington. They acquired the site for $587,500 in 2015.

Fayetteville Retail

A Fayetteville retail property that was formerly a fire station sold for $1.15 million,

Thrive Fire Depot LLC of Fayetteville, led by Benjamin and Lucy Ozanne, bought the 3,950-SF property on East Harold Street, which is just off College Avenue. Benjamin Ozanne is the owner of Ozanne Family Chiropractic. The sellers were James and Allison Benton of Fayetteville. They acquired the property for $525,000 in 2020.
