1 min read

Newmark Moses Tucker Partners of Little Rock announced Thursday the completion of $8 million in renovations at the One-One-Two Building in downtown Fayetteville, a joint venture of the firm and Specialized Real Estate Group of Fayetteville.

The property is a five- to 10-minute walk to Dickson Street and the University of Arkansas, adjacent to the Fayetteville Square and near the Block Street retail district, startup incubators and the Fayetteville Farmers’ Market, according to a news release.

The seven-story, 58,000-SF office building has five remaining suites available for lease. Those suites range from 642 SF to 2,406 SF.

Updates to the building include a new, modernized exterior and Carrera marble flooring and panels in the elevator lobbies and fourth-floor balcony.

Basement renovations include the addition of locker rooms with showers/bike storage and a common-area patio shared by The Vault and Yoga Deza.

“One-One-Two has undergone significant improvements and represents an important repositioning of the old EJ Ball building to more closely reflect downtown Fayetteville’s dynamic Innovation District. We are very excited about the completion of this project and the growth that is happening in downtown Fayetteville”, Chris Moses, president and CEO of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners, said in the release.

Associate Directors Zack Kifer and Eric Nelson and Associate Payne Phillips of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners are the exclusive listing agents for the property.
