Tyson Foods CEO’s Son Acquires East Fayetteville Estate for $2.45 MillionLock Icon

A 6,000-SF home in east Fayetteville sold for $2.45 million to the son of an executive at Tyson Foods Inc. in Springdale.

Mark King and his wife, Alexandra Bodishbaugh, bought the four-bedroom, 6½-bath home on Timberglen Lane. King is the son of Tyson Foods CEO Donnie King, and Bodishbaugh is a Fayetteville artist.

The home sits on 2.8 acres in the Rose Hill subdivision. It has a host of amenities, including three fireplaces and a pool.

The sellers were Steffan and Casey Sarkin. Steffan Sarkin is an executive vice president of corporate development and general counsel for Pace Industries in Fayetteville. Casey Sarkin owns Casey Sarkin Interior Design of Fayetteville.

The Sarkins acquired the home for $420,000 in 2003.
