FBT Bank Adds Charles Anderson and Lynn Wilson to Board of Directors

FBT Bank of Fordyce announced that Charles Anderson and Lynn Wilson have joined its board of directors.

Anderson of Pine Bluff is a residential real estate developer and commercial real estate investor. He will complete the remaining two years of retiring director Clyde Williams’ term.

Before his appointment, Anderson served as a member of the FBT Jefferson County Advisory Board.

Wilson of Rison co-owns with her husband pharmacies dedicated to wellness, self-care and longevity in Rison and Fordyce and is a member of the Arkansas Pharmacists Association and the National Community Pharmacists Association.

She will serve a three-year term on the board.

“Both Charles and Lynn exemplify outstanding leadership in business and in their civic endeavors,” Jim Hulse, president of FBT Bank, said in a statement. “They also each have a profound understanding of the significance of FBT in the communities we serve, making them invaluable assets to our board. We’re thrilled to welcome them as our newest members.”

FBT Bank, founded as Fordyce Bank & Trust, has five locations in southeast Arkansas and total assets of over $250 million.
