FBT Bank & Mortgage Hires Three in Jefferson County (Movers & Shakers)

Joni Alexander, Ricky Ferguson and Shannon Robinson of FBT Bank & Mortgage

Joni Alexander, Ricky Ferguson and Shannon Robinson have been hired to serve two Jefferson County FBT Bank & Mortgage locations.

Alexander, who has been hired as director of outreach, and Ferguson, who will lead the loan division, will both work from the Pine Bluff banking center.

Robinson, hired as customer service specialist, will be based in White Hall.

Christine Wilson has been hired as vice president of new construction development for Bank of England Mortgage in England, where she will oversee BOE’s new construction development loans.

John Kerr and Bob McCullar have been hired to head BOE’s new home renovation program, and Kevin Bratcher has taken on the role of regional manager.

Bratcher has over 15 years of experience in mortgage banking and was previously the vice president of Bank of Little Rock Mortgage.

Jad Malek has been named vice president of retail operations for Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Jacksonville, and Kara Stockwell has been named vice president of organizational development.

Malek most recently served as regional banking area president for Utah at Wells Fargo Bank, and spent 16 years total at Wells Fargo, starting as a teller.Malek oversaw more than 50 Wells Fargo branches as regional president.

Stockwell had served as director of learning and development for Windstream since 2010, and worked in managerial roles for Alltel and Verizon in Little Rock before that.
