Fed in St. Louis Announces Changes to Boards

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced this week changes to its Little Rock Branch board of directors and to its overall board of directors, effective Jan. 1.

For the Little Rock Board:

  • Vickie Judy, CFO and vice president at America’s Car-Mart Inc. in Bentonville, will serve as chair. She was appointed to the board in 2018.

  • R. Andrew Clyde, president and CEO of Murphy USA Inc. in El Dorado, has been reappointed to a three-year term.

  • Millie Ward, president of Stone Ward in Little Rock, has been reappointed to a three-year term.

For the overall board:

  • Suzanne Sitherwood, president and CEO of Spire Inc. in St. Louis, will serve as chair. She was appointed to the board in 2016.

  • James McKelvey Jr., founder and CEO of Invisibly Inc. in St. Louis, will serve as deputy chair. He was appointed to the board in 2017.

  • Carolyn Chism Hardy, president and CEO of Chism Hardy Investments LLC in Bartlett, Tennessee, has been appointed to a three-year term.

  • Alice Houston, CEO of HJI Supply Chain Solutions in Louisville, Kentucky, has been elected to fill the unexpired portion of a three-year term.

  • Penny Pennington, managing partner of Edward Jones, has been elected to a three-year term.

  • C. Mitchell Waycaster, president and CEO of Renasant Bank in Tupelo, Mississippi, has been elected to a three-year term.
