FedEx Facility Delivers $4.5M Transaction (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 38,278-SF FedEx distribution center in Little Rock tipped the scales at $4.5 million.

Catherine House LLC of San Antonio bought the 1500 Westpark Drive project from Justin Lynch and J&J Industrial Partners LLC of Dallas.

The 3.46-acre development was acquired for $3.3 million in October 2018 from Gene and Linda Pfeifer and Pfeifer Investment Co.

WLR Commercial

A 6,408-SF office-retail project in west Little Rock weighed in at $2.4 million.

Calle Ocho LLC, led by Leonardo and Cristina Monterrey, purchased the Leap Dental/Whimsy Cookie project at 401 S. Bowman Road.

The seller is Bradford-Fort Smith LLC, led by Mark Dake.

The deal is funded with a 25-year loan of $1.9 million from First Community Bank of Batesville.

The 0.74-acre development was bought for $2.2 million in January 2018 from P&H Investments LLC, led by John Perry and Robert and Christina Hester.

Sherwood Repair Center

An 8,963-SF auto repair center in Sherwood rang up a $962,000 sale.

FNS Property LLC, led by Gregory Perkins, acquired the Service King project at 7473 Warden Road from Greg and Karen Helmbeck. The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $956,250 from First Security Bank of Searcy. The 0.8-acre location was purchased for $189,000 in August 1996 from Harvey and Donna Watson.

Convenient Transaction

A 6,213-SF convenience store in north Pulaski County changed hands in a $900,000 deal.

Love Lubana LLC, led by Gurpreet Singh, bought the 24109 Hwy. 107 project. The seller is Junction Holdings LLC, led by Muhammed Malik.

The deal is financed with a 15-year loan of $700,371 from Stone Bank of Mountain View.

The 0.98-acre development was acquired for $625,000 in April 2014 from Robert Johnston Holdings LLC.

Church Acquisition

A 20,830-SF church in west Little Rock sold for $725,000.

The Place of Harvest purchased the former St. Luke Methodist Church at 6401 W. 32nd St. from Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church.

The 2.46-acre site was bought for $12,500 in October 1954 from John and Martha Riggs.

Warehouse Buy

A 36,000-SF industrial project in North Little Rock drew a $630,000 transaction. 4617 Taylor St Acquisition LLC of Woodmere, New York, acquired its namesake address from Kirk Property Management LLC, led by Pamela Kirk.

The deal is funded with a $510,000 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.

The 1.71-acre site was purchased in November 1972 as part of a $16,000 deal with the Urban Renewal Agency of the city of North Little Rock.

Funeral Facility

An 8,928-SF mortuary in Jacksonville is under new ownership after a $283,456 deal.

RPS Holdings LLC, led by Joseph Robinson and Mark Perry, bought the Natural State Funeral Services project at 2620 W. Main St. from New Hope Apostolic Tabernacle.

The deal is backed with a $330,000 loan from Curtis Shock.

New Hope acquired the 1.7-acre property for $140,000 in September 1994 from GTE Southwest Inc. of Irving, Texas.

Heights Home

A 3,235-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.05 million. Zachary Lambersten and Molly Reeves purchased the house from Nathan and Emily Sutterer.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $997,500 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. The Sutterers bought the residence for $835,000 in July 2016 from Christopher and Christy Milligan.

Deauville Place

A 5,955-SF home in west Little Rock’s Deauville Place neighborhood rang up an $874,999 sale. Asad Sheikh acquired the house from the Otis T. Gordon & Nikki P. Gordon Loving Trust.

The residence was purchased for $795,000 in May 2012 from John and Tracy Eddy.

Westriver Town House

A 3,772-SF town house in Little Rock’s Riverdale area changed hands in a $730,000 deal. Mark and Morie Malloy bought the Westriver abode from Madonna Badger.

The deal is funded with a 10-year loan of $100,000 from Encore Bank of Little Rock. Badger acquired the residence for $770,000 in April 2020 from the estate of Ron Robinson.

Sunset Ranch Acres

More than 60 acres in the Sunset Ranch Acres neighborhood of west Pulaski County sold for $697,400.

James and Courtney Whitley purchased the property, which includes a 2,280-SF house, from the Jean-Paul Stalpers Revocable Living Trust.

The land was bought for $325,000 in April 2003 from Ross and Judy Glover.

Country Club Heights

A 2,848-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood drew a $645,000 transaction.

James and Maureen Griffin acquired the house from Andrew Collins. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $516,000 from Encore Bank.

Collins purchased the residence for $522,000 in March 2012 from Andrew and Elizabeth Jones.

Mirabel Court

A 4,251-SF home in west Little Rock’s Mirabel Court neighborhood is under new ownership after a $624,850 deal.

Arnold and Lenore Merrell bought the house from Gregory and Brandi Gruber.

The residence was acquired for $585,000 in May 2019 from Hess Custom Construction LLC, led by John Hess.

Villages at Wellington

A 4,243-SF home in the Villages at Wellington in west Little Rock rang up a $617,000 sale. Ronald Martino II and his wife, Amy, purchased the house from John and Marie Rians.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $548,250 from Encore Bank.

The residence was bought in August 2016 from Terry and Gina Brown for $533,000.
