Fidelity Bank of West Memphis has announced a deal to acquire two Evolve Bank & Trust of Memphis locations in northeast Arkansas.
The two offices are at 123 W. Parkin St. in Parkin and 1690 North Falls Blvd. in Wynne. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Customers of two the Evolve locations can continue banking as usual. Current customers will receive notifications from Fidelity in advance of the transaction closing regarding the conversion of their accounts.

Fidelity, founded in 1966, serves primarily Crittenden and Cross counties. It currently has two offices in West Memphis, two offices in Marion and loan offices in Wynne and Paragould.
