An 8,600-SF tire service project in Little Rock weighed in at $2.55 million.

Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC, an affiliate of Bridgestone Americas Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, bought the Firestone at 7426 Cantrell Road.

The seller is SMBC Leasing & Finance Inc., an affiliate of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. in New York.

SMBC acquired the 0.55-acre former Arby’s development for $900,000 in May 2014 from Robert L. Davis Investment Co. I Ltd., led by John R. Davis.

Mini Acquisition

A 372-unit mini-storage project in south Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.37 million.

Red Dot Storage 156 LLC, an affiliate of the Red Dot chain based in Louisville, Colorado, purchased the USA Self Storage at 7201 Interstate 30.

The seller is Tisdale Properties & Development LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale.

The deal is backed as part of a March 2020 funding agreement of $200 million administered by Texas Capital Bank of Dallas. The 2.53-acre development previously was linked with a September 2014 mortgage of $740,000 held by Cobalt Capital & Consulting LLC, led by Brent Bumpers.

Tisdale Properties bought the U Store It project for $740,000 more than six years ago from Cobalt Capital.

Eatery Sale

A former Applebee’s in southwest Little Rock rang up a $400,000 sale.

Rockbridge View RJR Inc., led by Refugio Reyes, acquired the 5,790-SF project at 6 Mabelvale Plaza Drive from Best Locations LLC of Raleigh, North Carolina.

The deal is financed with a four-year loan of $442,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The 1.71-acre location was purchased for $750,000 in August 2004 from Mabelvale Plaza Phase II LLC, led by Rick Ashley.

Picture Property

Adjoining property in downtown Little Rock combined for transactions totaling $396,000.

CDM Properties LLC, led by Charles Morgan, bought the 4,132-SF office building at 718 Gaines St. for $316,000 from Momchilov’s Camera Works Inc., led by Cindy Momchilov.

CDM also acquired a 0.2-acre parking lot for $80,000 from the Schlereth Family LLC, led by John Schlereth.

The corporation purchased the 0.22-acre office development for $165,000 in July 2001 from Gary and Patricia Middleton.

The parking lot property was acquired for $3,750 in November 1939 from a group of owners led by Melanie Baxley.

Waldenwood Abode

A 5,008-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Waldenwood neighborhood sold for $1.03 million.

Arthur and Mary Cyrus bought the 13.75-acre spread from Connie Wilkerson.

The location was purchased in February 2008 from the Reid Mitchell Revocable Trust for $365,000.

Arbors Home

A 4,978-SF home in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock drew a $710,000 transaction.

Robert O’Neal and Elizabeth Homan acquired the house from The Forte Living Trust, led by Kevin and Judith Forte.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $510,400 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The residence was tied to an October 2016 mortgage of $599,000 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The property was bought for $599,000 more than four years ago from Brady and Nancy Chambers.

Cammack Village

A 3,356-SF home in Cammack Village changed hands in a $705,000 sale.

Christopher and Laurel Maranto purchased the house from Jeronimo Lopez.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $705,000 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.

Lopez acquired the tear-down property for $200,000 in March 2019 from Dynamic Homes LLC, led by Karen Watkins.

Accadia Court

A 3,905-SF home in west Little Rock’s Accadia Court neighborhood is under new ownership after a $675,000 transaction.

Joseph Wright and Erin Priddy bought the house from RQM LLC, led by Russell and Queena Milam.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $675,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. The residence was linked with a June 2019 mortgage of $500,000 held by First Security Bank.

RQM purchased the location for $63,500 17 months ago from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington.

Carter Lane

A 2,806-SF home in west Little Rock’s Carter Lane neighborhood rang up a $635,000 sale.

Charles and Rebecca Siria purchased the 2.25-acre spread from Robert and Angela Alexander. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $508,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The Alexanders acquired the residence for $380,000 in January 2010 from Joseph and Elizabeth Franzetti.

Chenal Circle

A 4,196-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Circle neighborhood drew a $607,500 transaction.

Kirk and Christi Babb bought the house from Terry and Vicki Burnett. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $486,000 from IberiaBank.

The residence was tied to a March 2003 mortgage of $407,000 originated by North Little Rock’s National Bank of Arkansas.

The Burnetts purchased the property for $510,000 in September 1999 from Allen and Mary McKnight.

Heights House

A 3,003-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock sold for $562,000.

David and Amanda Daugherty acquired the house from Michael and Emily Allen.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $449,600 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage.

The Allens purchased the residence for $496,000 in January 2019 from National Property Holdings LLC, led by Michael Love.

Canal Pointe

A 2,282-SF home in Little Rock’s Canal Pointe neighborhood changed hands in a $535,000 deal.

Jonna Marret bought the house from Albert and Connie Harkins. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $508,250 from IberiaBank.

The residence was linked with an April 2014 mortgage of $287,000 held by the bank.

The property was acquired in June 2013 from R.L. and Nancy Qualls for $388,000.

Miller Heights

A 4,144-SF home in the Miller Heights neighborhood of Sherwood is under new ownership after a $510,000 transaction.

Steven and Laurie Gassman purchased the house from John and Monica Treat.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $408,000 from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Jacksonville. The residence was tied to a March 2017 mortgage of $386,570 held by Franklin American Mortgage Co. of Franklin, Tennessee.

The Treats bought the location for $59,500 in June 2016 from Miller’s Heights Development Co., led by Steven Deere.

Kingwood Place

A 2,429-SF home in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood rang up a $500,000 sale.

Mollie and Lee Owens acquired the house from Pleasant Properties LLC, led by Leigh Ann Wiechern.

The residence was linked with an April 2019 mortgage of $340,000 held by Encore Bank of Little Rock.

Pleasant Properties purchased the tear-down site for $152,000 19 months ago from Christine Sheffer.
