Natalie Bartholomew has been hired as the Rogers community president for First Community Bank of Batesville. She will be in charge of expanding the bank’s presence in northwest Arkansas.
Julie Bristow has been hired as the new Jonesboro market mortgage lender for First Security Bancorp of Searcy. Bristow is a Jonesboro native with 17 years of banking experience in the Jonesboro market.
Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart has made two changes in its Mountain Home lending department. Dana Cooper has been hired as an administrative assistant. Cooper has 28 years of experience in the financial industry. Jason Wilson has been promoted to assistant vice president and commercial II lender. Wilson is transferring from the Perryville market and has worked as a lender for the bank for two years.
Justin McCarty has been promoted by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff to Conway community president, and Jake Sibley has been promoted to Fort Smith community president. McCarty joined Simmons in 2017 as a commercial analyst intern. Sibley most recently served as a community banker in Fort Smith for Simmons.
