First Orion of North Little Rock announced two new leadership changes Wednesday.
Mike Lloyd has been promoted to chief operating officer for the company and Keith Rogers has been promoted to chief information officer.
Llloyd was previously serving as First Orion’s senior vice president of delivery and operations. As COO, Lloyd will provide delivery and operational support for First Orion customers. He has more than 30 years of experience in data and technology, with a degree in finance from the University of Central Arkansas.
Keith Rogers, formerly First Orion’s vice president of information technology, will now serve as CIO. Since joining the company in 2009, he has built and scaled shared‑service teams across networking, security, cloud and systems engineering, IT service management, support and risk management.
He has more than 25 years of experience in information and audio technology, with a focus on reliability, resiliency and compliance for carrier‑grade products. Outside of work, Rogers volunteers in various technical fields, including teaching children about technology.
