First Security Adds Three in Russellville (Movers & Shakers)

Rance Looney has accepted the position of senior vice president, lender, at First Security Bank in Russellville. Looney specializes in agricultural loans with an emphasis on poultry. He has more than 11 years of lending and poultry business experience as well as training in government-guaranteed loans with the Farm Service Agency and the Small Business Administration.

Kristen Jeffery has joined First Security Bank in Russellville as a loan assistant. Jeffery specializes in agriculture loans and is responsible for loan preparation, packaging and closing. She has more than four years of loan experience and specialized training with Farm Service Agency and Small Business Administration loans.

Carolyn Hottinger has joined First Security Mortgage as a mortgage loan originator for the Russellville and Clarksville region. Hottinger has more than 10 years of banking and mortgage lending experience. Her new position will focus on guiding and assisting customers through the mortgage process.
