First Security Office Purchase Totals $28M

First Security Bancorp of Searcy paid $28M for three office buildings totaling 275,000 SF at a corporate office park at 4001 N. Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock, according to the Pulaski County Assessor’s Office.

First Security purchased the property Dec. 16 from fintech giant Fidelity Information Services. Arkansas Business reported the sale the previous day but the companies did not disclose the price.

The buildings, built in the early ‘80s, will house the administrative and sales offices for First Security Bank and its investment banking firm, Crews & Associates, which has offices in the River Market and in west Little Rock on Highway 10. The company has said about 150 employees will move to the park.
