Dr. William Fiser Jr. has been hired as medical director at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.
Fiser has served as a cardiothoracic surgeon. He also performed the first heart transplant in Arkansas at Baptist Medical Center in 1989, alongside a colleague.
Fiser earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine.

Edward Tawiah has been hired as a data analyst for the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement in Little Rock.
Amy Koresdoski has joined Arkansas Children’s Inc. in Little Rock as vice president of total rewards.
Koresdoski holds a doctorate in computing technology for education from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
She previously worked at McLane Co. in Temple, Texas, as senior director of compensation, benefits and human resources.
