Fisher Martin has been hired by Eric Rob & Isaac, a Little Rock advertising agency, as a media assistant.

A graduate of Harding University, Martin is responsible for maintaining and supporting client-related activities of the agency’s media department. He provides comprehensive media support by tracking performance metrics and contributing to traditional, digital and social media strategy.

Devin Shirley has been promoted to chief information security officer for Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.

Shirley joined Arkansas Blue Cross in January 2016 as manager for the Business Solutions Center and in October 2016 became director of Information Security.
