A flex/industrial facility at 6801 W. 12th St. sold Friday for $3.7 million, Colliers Arkansas announced in a news release.
The buyer, SEP Parkwood LLC, was unrepresented in the transaction.
The seller, BHWLR Parkwood LLC of New Jersey, was represented by Nathan Monan of Colliers.
The property, known as Parkwood Center, is a mixed-use facility featuring retail and flex-industrial space that was built in 1979. The 66,607-SF complex consists of three buildings and is home to Grady’s Pizza, CARTI, Pinnacle Arborist Supplies, Arkansas Chiropractic Group and others.
Colliers said it will provide building management services for the property.
The building last sold in August 2022 for $2.3 million.
