Real estate brokerage Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate of Lakeland, Florida, announced that it has expanded to Arkansas with an office in Fayetteville.
Leading the Fayetteville office is David Hill, who has been appointed regional managing director. In a news release, Saunders Ralston Dantzler said Hill has a record of business growth and sales leadership that makes him well-suited for the role.
“The Arkansas land market is ripe for investment, and I am excited to guide this expansion,” Hill said. “As we grow our presence throughout the state, our focus will be on building a team that not only understands the Arkansas land and real estate market but also embodies our firm’s values of integrity and service.”
Saunders Ralston Dantzler, founded in 1996, also has offices in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. The firm offers a range of land services, including brokerage, advisory, management, valuation, consulting and entitlement, and conservation easement negotiation.
“As we began searching for new markets to explore, expanding into Arkansas just made sense for our brokerage,” Dean Saunders, founder and managing director of the brokerage, said in a statement. “Land in Arkansas holds significant value. Between the productive and tillable farmland across the state and the growth in Northwest Arkansas, we see immense potential here for landowners, investors, and potential new real estate advisors.”
Saunders Ralston Dantzler said it has handled nearly $2 billion in transactions over the past three years.
