FNBC Bank Announces New President & Vice President (Movers & Shakers)

Chad Hudson has been promoted to president of FNBC Bank of Ash Flat, succeeding Marty Sellars, who continues to serve as chief executive officer and director. Hudson is the bank’s 11th president and the fourth in the last 50 years. He previously served as regional president and chief lending officer. He has been with the bank since 2011. Trent Brown has been promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer at FNBC Bank. Brown, who joined the bank in 2022, will continue to serve as community president for the Jonesboro market, a position he’s held since early 2023.


Sarah Langham (HoganTaylor LLP)

Sarah Langham has been named office managing partner at HoganTaylor LLP of Fayetteville. She has been with the accounting firm since 2007.

Samantha Akers has been promoted to senior manager in the tax division of HoganTaylor’s Fayetteville office, and Taylor Beach has been named a senior tax manager in the Little Rock office. Mack Boyce (First Community Financial Services)

Mack Boyce has been promoted to a licensed representative with First Community Financial Services at First Community Bank of Batesville. He has earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He had served as a teller since 2021


Jeremy Ingram (Fabrication Group)

Jeremy Ingram has been promoted to vice president of the Fabrication Group at Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock. He previously was director of operations of Lexicon’s Custom Metals. He has 26 years of experience in the construction industry.


Beau McNeff has acquired two The Patch Boys franchise locations in Arkansas: The Patch Boys of Central Arkansas in Little Rock and The Patch Boys of Northwest Arkansas in Bentonville. McNeff previously served in the U.S. Army Reserve for six years and in the health care industry for 17 years.
