Chad Hudson has been promoted to president of FNBC Bank of Ash Flat, succeeding Marty Sellars, who continues to serve as chief executive officer and director. Hudson is the bank’s 11th president and the fourth in the last 50 years. He previously served as regional president and chief lending officer. He has been with the bank since 2011. Trent Brown has been promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer at FNBC Bank. Brown, who joined the bank in 2022, will continue to serve as community president for the Jonesboro market, a position he’s held since early 2023.
Sarah Langham has been named office managing partner at HoganTaylor LLP of Fayetteville. She has been with the accounting firm since 2007.

Beau McNeff has acquired two The Patch Boys franchise locations in Arkansas: The Patch Boys of Central Arkansas in Little Rock and The Patch Boys of Northwest Arkansas in Bentonville. McNeff previously served in the U.S. Army Reserve for six years and in the health care industry for 17 years.
