FNBC Hires Graycen Bigger as Assistant VP, Strategic Partnerships (Movers & Shakers)

Graycen Bigger has been hired as assistant vice president, strategic partnerships for FNBC of Ash Flat. She will forge community connections, enhance FNBC’s presence in the community, foster strategic partnerships and promote financial education.


Chris Bryan (Relyance Bank)

Chris Bryan has been promoted to commercial loan officer at Relyance Bank of White Hall. He has two years of credit analysis experience.

First Service Bank of Greenbrier has announced new leadership. Matthew Carter has been promoted to Greenbrier market president and senior loan officer at First Service Bank. He has been with the bank for more than seven years, recently serving as vice president and senior loan officer. Ashley Moore has been promoted to marketing and visual design manager. She will be responsible for all aspects of visual design and brand identity for the bank. Chris Pledger has been promoted to Little Rock market president and senior loan officer. His focus will expand to overseeing the growth of the First Service Bank brand while leading efforts to drive loan and deposit efforts. Pledger will also be responsible for developing and leading a team that executes commercial and retail production and profitability goals for the Little Rock market. Morgan Taylor has been promoted to branch manager and business development officer. His primary objective is to ensure that banking procedures and regulations are followed. Susan Thomas has been hired as senior credit analyst. She will be responsible for commercial credit analysis, conducting cash flow analysis, analyzing financial statements and conducting agriculture credit analysis.


Megan King (Raymond James)

Megan King has been hired as a client service associate at Raymond James of Little Rock. She will manage various operational duties, including handling service requests, managing accounts and administering reports. She previously was executive assistant to the CEO and president of Topa Insurance Group of Calabasas, California.


Gary Sims (Cromwell Architects Engineers)

Gary Sims has been hired as fire protection and life safety engineering designer at Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock. Sims has more than 30 years of experience in design and construction.


Wes Martin (Hathaway Group)

Wes Martin of the Hathaway Group in Little Rock has earned the SIOR dual specialist (industrial/office) designation from the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors of Washington, D.C. Martin has been the highest-producing broker in the commercial real estate firm for the past six years.

Black Hills Energy of Fayetteville has announced new leadership for Arkansas. Marc Eyre has been promoted to vice president of operation in Arkansas and Kansas. Eyre, who has more than 15 years of utility experience, previously was director and then vice president of electric operations in South Dakota for the past five years. Joey Msall has been promoted to general manager. He will manage day-to-day Arkansas operations, including employee, customer and system safety, capital project execution and operational excellence.
