Food Truck Operators Introduce Taqueria Samantha III

Jesus and Veronica Rivera, owners and operators of Little Rock’s popular Taqueria Samantha food trucks, rolled out their third movable Mexican food venue, Taqueria Samantha III, last Wednesday.

The Riveras have operated their first two trucks for about eight years. They decided to add a third this year so they can offer their burritos, tacos and more in three places simultaneously.

“People demand more food. They like our food, so we try to be at different places at lunchtime. So we can keep people happy. So they can see us everywhere now,” Veronica Rivera said.

The third truck will park regularly for lunch at the University Market at 4Corners, a food truck court near the vacant Kmart at 6221 Col. Glenn Road in Little Rock.

Taqueria Samantha III is the only bona fide truck of the three; the other two are trailers pulled by pickup trucks.
