► Forest Place Apartments LLC, an affiliate of the Beitel Group in Brooklyn, New York, bought its namesake 256-unit complex at 1421 N. University Ave. for $29.3 million.

Sellers? Forest Place TIC I LLC and Forest Place TIC II LLC, investment groups led by Maxis Properties Inc. of North Kansas City, Missouri.

► Tacos 4 Life Real Estate LLC, led by Austin Samuelson, sold its 3,874-SF Tacos 4 Life at 7821 Alcoa Road in Benton in a $2.7 million sale-leaseback transaction.

Buyer: Tacos 4 White LLC, led by Terry White.

► 1905 Reynolds Rd LLC, led by Eric Buckner, acquired sole ownership of its namesake address, home to 10 Fitness in Bryant, for more than $2.6 million.

Seller: Fan 4 Investments 2 LLC, led by Drew Holbert.

► A group of Omaha, Nebraska, investors sold the 5,663-SF Buffalo Wild Wings at 7206 Alcoa Road in Bryant for nearly $2.4 million.

Drew Snyder Real Estate LLC, Jeffrey and Connie Elliott and MacGie LLC sold the project to Red Oak LLC of Orland Park, Illinois.

► 1003 W Main St LLC of Potomac, Maryland, bought its namesake address in Cabot, home to a 3,928-SF KFC, for $1.2 million.

Seller? FMI US Property Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Franchise Management Inc. of Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada.

► The Lincoln Family Revocable Trust, led by Stephen and Blanche Lincoln, purchased home in Little Rock’s Canal Pointe neighborhood.

The seller? The Louis John Schaufele Jr. Family Trust.

And the pricetag for 4,159 SF?

$1 million.
