The 1.55-acre development was acquired for $230,000 in June 2001 from the Marilyn F. Cavin Trust No. 1.

A trio of commercial projects in southwest Little Rock sold for $350,000.
8619 Chicot Property Holdings LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, bought the 6,000-SF office-warehouse at 4523 W. 65th St., the 3,750-SF neighborhood shopping center at 6505 Wakefield Drive and a 2,464-SF auto sales and service project at 4525 W. 65th St.
The sellers are the heirs of John and Edna Mattingly. The deal is funded with a six-year loan of $250,000 from Bank of Little Rock. The 2.5-acre site was purchased in March 1950 as part of a $5,200 deal with H.O. and Ruth Mashburn and Henry and Bendine Heim.
