Former Cameron International Site in Little Rock Sells for $7.75M

1 min read

Cameron International Corp. of Houston has sold its former facility in southwest Little Rock for $7.75 million.

The buyer of the 276,000-SF building at 7200 Interstate 30 was GTM I30 Holdings LLC.

Clark Irwin and Drew Holbert of Colliers International Arkansas represented both the buyer and seller in the deal, which closed Aug. 16.

The facility on 22 acres was built in 1974. Cameron used it to manufacture and distribute industrial valves for the oil and gas industry.

Its parent company, oil services giant Schlumberger, announced in September 2020 that it was shutting down the facility and moving operations to Oklahoma City and Ville Platte, Louisiana.
