► Elliott Real Estate Ltd. of Nacogdoches, Texas, acquired the 54,805-SF industrial building at 5510 W. 65th St. in Little Rock from Cintas Corp. No. 2 of Cincinnati for nearly $3 million.
► Timothy and Cori McGrath sold their 7,886-SF home in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood to Dominic and Bruna Maggio for $1.5 million.
► The McGraths purchased a 5,462-SF home in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood from William Davis for more than $1.2 million.
► The Joanne H. Riddick Living Trust sold a 5,200-SF home in Little Rock’s East Pulaski Heights neighborhood for $1.1 million to John Pagan.
► Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, bought the 24,450-SF Today’s Office Building at 717 W. Seventh St. in downtown Little Rock for $1 million.
