Marcus Woodson, former Arkansas Razorbacks assistant coach, sold his Fayetteville home for $1.24 million.

Woodson served as co-defensive coordinator and defensive back coach for two-plus seasons before being fired by interim coach Bobby Petrino in September. Woodson, now a defensive assistant at Kansas State, bought the house for $1.09 million in 2023.

Ethan Latimer and his wife, Ashley, bought the 4,449-SF home on North Chapel View in east Fayetteville. The two-story home has five bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and amenities such as a media room, exercise room and a built-in grill and fireplace on the backyard patio; the patio overlooks a saltwater pool and hot tub.
