Former Sears Redevelopment in the Works at McCain Mall

Did you know a mixed-use redevelopment is in the works on the west end of North Little Rock’s McCain Mall?

The project is in the planning stages after a recent $2.3 million purchase by Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by Alan and Jessica Bubbus.

The limited liability company acquired a nearly 13.4-acre piece of the McCain Mall property that includes the 159,000-SF former Sears store at 3929 McCain Blvd.

Seller: Seritage SRC Finance LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Seritage Growth Properties, a July 2015 spinoff of Sears Roebuck & Co.
