The former shoe factory at 190 Elmwood Drive in Hot Springs
Munro & Co. of Hot Springs has sold its former shoe factory at 190 Elmwood Drive in Hot Springs for $878,000 to Cobalt Investments LLC.
Munro & Co. has consolidated operations to its location at 3770 Malvern Ave., which has also been listed for sale, for $2.2 million.
Munro & Co. was established in 1972 by Don Munro when he purchased Lake Catherine Footwear, a division of a New Hampshire-based shoe manufacturer. The company is family owned and operated and has two facilities in Arkansas that handle product design and development.
Thomas Schmidt of Flake & Kelley Commercial and Beau Durbin of ESQ Realty represented Munro & Co in the recent sale. Rollin Caristianos with TradeMark Realty represented the buyer.
