
Paul Danielson
Paul Danielson has recently joined the team at the Danielson Law Firm after retiring from the Arkansas Supreme Court Dec. 31. The Danielson Law Firm consists of his son, Erik Danielson; wife, Elizabeth “Betsy” Danielson; brother, David Danielson; David Stewart and Richard “Kyle” Lippard. The firm has offices in Fayetteville and Booneville.
Danielson was elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court in 2006 and re-elected in 2008. Prior to serving on the Supreme Court, Danielson served 12 years as a circuit judge in the 15th Judicial District and was named Outstanding Trial Judge for 2002 and 2003 by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Before taking the bench, he practiced law for 18 years and taught at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
Danielson graduated from Florida State University and later served in the United States Air Force. He earned his law degree in 1975 from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and graduated with honors.
