An investor partnership paid $3.4 million for a majority share of two parcels centered on Fossil Cove Brewing in Fayetteville.

T.J. Lefler of Fayetteville and Ralph Simon III of Nichols Hill, Oklahoma, bought the properties, which include Fossil Cove’s pub and brewery and two adjacent warehouses. Lefler is the founder of Lefler Capital of Fayetteville, and Simon is a real estate investor who often partners with Lefler.

The partnership acquired a 60% share of the property.

Armstrong Bank of Muskogee, Oklahoma, provided a loan of slightly more than $4 million.

The seller was the Patrick Tobin Revocable Living Trust, led by co-trustees Darlene Tobin and Stacy Keenan. Patrick Tobin, who died in March, acquired the property for $120,000 in 1993; Darlene Tobin is Patrick Tobin’s widow and Keenan is the couple’s daughter.
