FoxDen Pays $23M for 8 U.S. Pizza Locations in ArkansasLock Icon

This week’s million-dollar real estate and construction roundup kicks off with a group of pizza restaurants in central and northwest Arkansas.

FoxDen USP RE LLC, led by Todd Denton, paid $23 million for eight U.S. Pizza locations with three in Little Rock and one each in North Little Rock, Sherwood, Maumelle, Bryant and Fayetteville, along with a Little Rock warehouse.

Sellers: Waller Investments LLC, led by Judy Waller, and J&R Properties LLC, led by Waller and Randell Breece.
