Fresenius Medical Care at 5320 W. 12th St. in Little Rock
A 7,125-SF medical office building in Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.3 million. WOMOB Fresenius Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of New York’s White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT, purchased the 5320 W. 12th St. project.
The seller is OREOF19 BR LLC, an affiliate of Orion Investment & Management Ltd. of Miami. The deal is backed in connection with a five-year funding agreement of $74 million with Capital One of McLean, Virginia.
The 0.96-acre development was bought for $1.2 million in September 2020 from Richport Net Lease LLC, an affiliate of R&S Growth Management of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
Industrial Acreage
A 75-acre tract in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park area weighed in at $1.7 million. The city of Little Rock acquired the land near the southwest corner of Thibault Road and Frazier Pike from the Quapaw Nation.
The property was purchased in April 2013 as part of a $597,000 deal with the Beneficial Owners Under the Thibault Land Agreement, led by Joe Selz.
Dirt Transaction
A 2.35-acre commercial site in west Little Rock changed hands in an $875,000 deal.
CGTR Lot 2 LLC, led by Leonard Boen, bought the land at the southeast corner of Col. Glenn and Talley roads. The seller is CT BTS LLC, led by Scott McLain.
The property was acquired in August 2016 as part of a $1.87 million deal with Virginia Fleming Unser and Ginger Owens.
Church Acquisition
A 3.06-acre church project in west Little Rock drew a $575,000 transaction.
13525WM LLC, led by Brandon Hines, purchased the property at 13525 W. Markham St. from King of Kings Evangelical Lutheran Church.
The land was bought for $60,000 in December 1978 from Evergreen Farm Ltd., led by Ed Willis.
Chiropractic Sale
A 3,570-SF clinic in west Little Rock sold for $452,500. W&V-Cobb LLC, led by Julia Robinson, acquired the Chiropractic Clinic at 202 S. Rodney Parham Road.
The seller is Miramar Properties LLC, led by Bennie and Louis Payne. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $512,125 from FNBC Bank of Ash Flat.
The 0.37-acre development was purchased for $460,000 in September 2006 from 202 Ltd., led by Vernon Rowe.
Trophy Property
A 2,730-SF retail property in Jacksonville is under new ownership after an $80,000 transaction.
Bradley and Kiley Thomas bought the Seigga Trophies project at 1920 W. Main St. from Susan Reasons. The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $68,000 from First Community Bank of Batesville.
The 0.17-acre development was acquired for $46,000 in December 1986 from First Jacksonville Bank.
