Friday Eldredge & Clark Add Ashley, Kennedy and Taylor (Movers & Shakers)

Joshua C. Ashley, Kyle D. Kennedy and Taylor A. Stockemer have joined the Little Rock law firm of Friday Eldredge & Clark.

Before joining the firm’s railroad litigation practice group, Ashley graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2011 and clerked for U.S. District Judges Susan O. Hickey and D.P. Marshall Jr. and U.S. Circuit Judge Lavenski R. Smith.

Kennedy, a recent UA School of Law graduate, has joined the firm’s general litigation practice group, where he will focus on defending companies against all types of personal injury claims.

Stockemer, a graduate of the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, has joined the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice group. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA, both from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

Stephen Cuffman and Daniel Goodwin, shareholders in the Gill Ragon Owen law firm in Little Rock, have been in The Best Lawyers in America publication.

Cuffman a 1975 graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law was selected as the 2018 “Lawyer of the Year” in the practice of Energy Law.

Goodwin, who earned his law degree at Washington University in St. Louis in 1999 was recognized in the practice of real estate law.
