Friday Eldredge & Clark Adds Hollinger (Movers & Shakers)

Caleb Hollinger has joined Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP in Little Rock as an associate.

Hollinger serves in the firm’s Trust & Estate Planning Group. He recently received his Master of Law degree in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He earned his law degree from the UA Little Rock Bowen School of Law.

Sarah Page Tacker and Forrest C. Stobaugh have been hired at PPGMR of Little Rock as new attorneys.

Tacker has 15 years of experience working for the Arkansas attorney general’s office. Her practice focuses on guiding clients through complex regulatory approvals representing public utilities before the Arkansas Public Service Commission, as well as utility and energy-related litigation, enforcement actions and regulatory proceedings. She also provides advice on infrastructure development projects associated with public utilities.

Stobaugh earned his bachelor’s degree from UCA and graduated magna cum laude. While completing law school, he served as a note and comment editor for the Arkansas Law Review. He also received the 2018 Bard Rogan Natural Resources Award. His most recent position was as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Susan O. Hickey of the Western District of Arkansas.
