L. Dan Fry has been hired as the executive vice president of business development and retirement plan consulting services at Gadberry Financial Group in Little Rock. Fry has more than 30 years of experience in retirement plan services as well as in helping advisers grow their business organically.
Jeff Wicks was hired as a client adviser for Arvest Wealth Management in Conway and Morrilton.
In his new position, Wicks provides clients with strategic counsel regarding their financial investments.
Shacresha Wilson has been appointed city treasurer by the Arkadelphia City Council. Wilson is transferring from the Parks & Recreation Department, where she has served as operations manager for the past year.
Julie Lacy also joined city government as communications director.
Sandra Cawyer has joined the Arkansas Department of Finance & Administration as director of the Arkansas Assessment Coordination Division.
Before joining the Arkansas DF&A, Cawyer was the Columbia County assessor for nine years.
