Two commercial tracts in Conway and a residence in western Saline County provide our trio of million-dollar transactions.

Rush-Hal Development LLC, led by Rush Harding and Hal Crafton, sold a nearly 16-acre piece of Conway for $4 million.

The future home of a Sam’s Club, near the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Dave Ward Drive, is part of the Lewis Crossing retail development championed by Collett & Associates of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Buyer: Sam’s Real Estate Business Trust of Bentonville.

William and Jeanne Pippin of Comfort, Texas, bought a 4,257-SF home in the Adoracion neighborhood of Hot Springs Village for $1.1 million.

Sellers: Ron and Joyce Chase of Biloxi, Mississippi.

Covington Commercial Park South LLC, led by George Covington Sr. and Jr., purchased about 25 acres in Conway on the north side of Dave Ward Drive between German Lane and Harkrider Street.

Commercial redevelopment is slated for the former industrial land in the aftermath of the $1 million deal.

The property, part of the Amtran bus manufacturing operations, was once used for a parking area for school buses produced by the plant.
