Future Warehouse Location in Bryant Sold for $2.6MLock Icon

This week’s million-dollar real estate deals parade starts in Bryant and ends in Conway.

► Bryant Crossing Development Inc., led by Paul Eaton Sr., sold a nearly 21-acre commercial parcel at the southeast corner of Raymar Road and Interstate 30 Frontage Road in Bryant for $2.6 million.

Buyer? NF Bryant LLC, an affiliate of Nelson Commercial in Houston, Texas.

The property will be the new home of an automotive parts warehouse complex operated by LKQ Corp. of Chicago, replacing the Bryant location at 25631 I-30.

► RCME LLC, an affiliate of Fayetteville’s Rausch Coleman Homes, paid almost $1.6 million for 45 residential lots in Alexander’s Meadows Edge neighborhood.

Seller: Meadows Edge Co. LLC, led by Walter Woodward III.

► SWE Holdings LLC, owned by the Charles Cella Family of Oaklawn fame, purchased a 37-acre thoroughbred training facility 8.5 miles west of Benton for $1.2 million.

► LEIA2019 Properties LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, sold the 24-unit Mabelvale Apartments at 7414 Mabelvale Pike in Little Rock and an adjoining 1.2-acre parcel for more than $1.1 million.

Buyer: Bandit Properties LLC, led by John Dennis.

► Stone Properties LLC, led by Robert William Stone II, acquired the 3,532-SF McAlister’s Gourmet Deli at 2465 Sanders Road in Conway from Charles and Suzzane Arrington for $1 million.
