Bert Parker
Bert Parker has been accepted as a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies College of Fellows, a group of engineers who have been selected by their peers as deserving recognition for contributions to the profession.
He is the chief administrative officer at Garver LLC in North Little Rock. He has been with the company for 35 years and served as the project manager of the Interstate 540 Bobby Hopper Tunnel project.
