Georgetown Complex Moves in $10.35M Sale (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 156-unit multifamily project in midtown Little Rock weighed in at $10.35 million.

Narat LLC of New York; Doogan Georgetown LLC of Centennial, Colorado; Omreus 7 Inc. of New York; and Yasmin M Collazo MD LLC of New York bought Georgetown Apartments at 18 Nottingham Road.

The sellers are a trio of out-of-state investors: Georgetown Ventures LLC of Tulsa; PCF DE LLC of Reno, Nevada; and Axiomm Properties 2 LLC of Reno.

The buyers assumed a March 2017 mortgage of $7.4 million held by investors in a J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Security Mortgage Corp. loan portfolio.

The 6-acre development was purchased for $6.6 million in February 2007 from the estate of J. Rogers Badgett.

Express Sale

A 3,530-SF Healthcare Express in Sherwood tipped the scales at $2.25 million.

Skidmore Ltd. of Oregon City, Oregon, acquired the 1554 Country Club Road project from HCE Land LLC, led by Roy Dixon and Andrew Griffin.

HCE Land purchased the 0.91-acre development for $2.2 million in December 2020 from House of Sherwood LLC, led by Timothy Reynolds.

House of Sherwood bought the site for $496,400 in March 2018 from Telcoe Federal Credit Union of Little Rock.

Office-Warehouse Buy

A 29,270-SF office-warehouse project in Little Rock rang up a $970,000 sale.

Allied Way LLC of Maryland Heights, Missouri, purchased 6700 Allied Way from MP Real Estate LLC, led by Mike Pope.

The 4.43-acre development was acquired for $325,000 in August 1994 from Max Davis.

WLR Parcel

A commercial site in west Little Rock drew a $350,000 transaction.

Aldersgate Arkansas LLC, led by Srinivasa Gokarakonda, bought the 0.74-acre parcel near the southwest corner of Kanis and Aldersgate roads. The seller is 1224 Aldersgate LLC, led by Arpana Edala and Oumitana Kajkenova.

The limited liability company purchased the location for $200,000 in January 2010 from OA Land Co. LLC, led by Dr. Tad Pruett.

Acreage Acquisition

A 60-acre tract in north Pulaski County sold for $300,000.

Reserve at Brodie Creek LLC, led by Eric Holloway, Jameel Wesley, Roy Andrews, Brandi Davis, Mark Redder and Dustin Welch, bought the property northeast of Highway 365 between Szymanski Road and Sublett Lane. The seller is Country Club Development LLC, led by John Wright.

The property is helping secure a one-year loan of $1.2 million from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.

Country Club Development purchased the land for $100,000 in September 2005 from Lee and Martha Kierre.

Ensbury Place

A 5,283-SF home in west Little Rock’s Ensbury Place changed hands in a $972,000 transaction.

Kyle and Margaret Davis acquired the house from Ahmed Sallam and Sherin El-Sheikh.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $322,000 from Cadence Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

Sallam and El-Sheikh bought the residence for $656,970 in July 2020 from Randy James Construction Inc.

Abington Court

A 3,869-SF home in west Little Rock’s Abington Court neighborhood is under new ownership after a $925,000 deal.

Brian and Janey Lasley purchased the house from Hartness Construction Co., led by Brenda Hartness.

Hartness Construction acquired the 0.28-acre site for $154,000 in December 2023 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Shady Valley

A 6,456-SF home in North Little Rock’s Shady Valley neighborhood rang up a $798,000 sale.

Lan Le and Stuart Bartlett bought the house from the Morden Revocable Trust, led by Billy and Linda Morton. The trust provided a $670,320 mortgage to finance the deal.

The Morden trust purchased the residence for $660,000 in June 2016 from Mike and Janet Huckabee.

Country Club House

A 1,988-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock drew a $760,000 transaction.

Joann Catenacci acquired the house from Deborah Dockens.

Dockens purchased the residence for $555,000 in February 2022 from David Spencer.

The property was bought for $450,000 in April 2021 from the estate of Patricia Holifield.

Warehouse Buy

Ron Davis Property Management LLC paid $1.4 million to Ben Davis Properties Management LLC, led by Martha Davis, for the 117,061-SF Park Hill Collections warehouse in south Little Rock.

Ben Davis Properties bought the 10.37-acre development at 4711 and 4717 Asher Ave. for $1 million in May 2012 from Sysco USA II LLC, an affiliate of Sysco Corp. in Houston, Texas.
