Ghidotti Adds 2 Employees to Team

1 min read

Ghidotti Communications of Little Rock has added two members to its marketing communications team, media relations specialist Aaron Sadler and consumer and business analyst Jess Pingrey.

Pingrey joined the Ghidotti firm last month after working two years as a founding member of Apptegy, the Little Rock ed-tech startup that helps schools connect with their communities. She has a degree in social work from Harding University and a master’s in public administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Sadler, a former news reporter in Jonesboro, Fort Smith, Little Rock and Washington, D.C., started at Ghidotti a few weeks ago after several jobs directing communications for attorneys general in Arkansas, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Louisiana. He is a native of Trumann (Poinsett County) and a graduate of Arkansas State University.

“We are excited to add them to our team,” said Natalie Ghidotti, founder and CEO of the firm. “Aaron has cultivated sources and developed professional relationships with journalists across the country while working as a political reporter and in government communications.”

“Jess has a great record of understanding market research and using analytics to increase profitability. We’re also glad to have her on board to help us grow the Arkansas 100 platform,” Ghidotti said, a reference to the firm’s biweekly email newsletter featuring stories about Arkansas that are 100 words long or 100 seconds of video.

The hires the latest of several for the growing firm, which has offices in the Regions tower.
