

Aaron Gilkey has been hired as media and relations coordinator at Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services in Little Rock.
Gilkey’s primary responsibilities will include leading the organization’s external communication strategy to better inform the public of MEMS mission and assist in the recruitment of new employees.

Mike Ault has been hired as chaplain at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. He is also a pastor at First Baptist Church in Gould.

McKenzie Cotton, an advanced practice registered nurse, has been hired at Baptist Health Family Clinic-Conway West.
Cotton earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2017, and a master of science in nursing from Henderson State University in 2020.

Stephen J. Gilbert has been named as vice president of facilities and construction management at Washington Regional in Fayetteville.
In his new role, Gilbert will oversee space planning, construction, maintenance, safety, security, emergency management and environmental services for the Washington Regional system.

Michael Givens, administrator for St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, has been elected to the board of governors of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Givens, an ACHE Fellow, will serve a three-year term.
