MISSION
The Clinton School of Public Service is grounded in an unshakeable belief: our common humanity is a powerful force for transformative, sustainable change.
The Clinton School prepares students to lead more responsive, resilient communities and organizations, whether they’re domestic or international, within a government agency or nonprofit or part of a major corporation.
The Clinton School offers the nation’s first Master of Public Service degree, an action-oriented program focused on equipping students for the tough work of on-the-ground change.
Intensive experiential learning has defined the Clinton School from its founding and goes far beyond conventional internships. While learning valuable lessons in the classroom, MPS students complete three for-credit public service projects ranging from local work in Arkansas communities to international projects across the world.
Field experiences are fully integrated into students’ studies and carefully designed to increase in complexity and independence – reflecting their growth curve as leaders of change.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
• Full Scholarship: A gift of $25,000 provides funding for one student’s tuition and project work.
• International Public Service Project Funding: A gift of $4,000 provides support for one student project.
• Second-Year Capstone Fellowship: $10,000 stipend supporting second-year students by increasing capacity for local organizations.
• General Scholarship Support: Annual unrestricted gifts go directly to support scholarships.
• Make a gift directly from an IRA: Gifts are free from federal income tax for those 70 ½ and older.

FUNDRAISERS AND EVENTS
• Scholarship Luncheon: Spring 2024. All proceeds support next generation public service leaders.
• Impact Ceremony: Fall 2024. Highlight our students’ impact in the community and provide direct support for their projects

OUR IMPACT

Students have combined to total nearly 500,000 hours of direct service work – more than 50 years of civic engagement.
600 projects
Clinton School students have completed more than 600 projects to date in Arkansas, impacting government agencies, businesses and nonprofits across the state.
250,000 hours
Clinton School students have totaled more than 250,000 hours of direct service work in Arkansas.
94 countries
Clinton School students have completed field service projects in 94 countries.
