Glenwood Townhomes in Conway
This week’s six-pack of real estate transactions encompasses a town home project in Conway, a mixed portfolio of Pulaski County property north of the Arkansas River, a tele-store in west Little Rock, a retail project in southwest Little Rock, an office building in Little Rock’s Riverdale area and a restaurant in Benton.
► Glenwood Townhomes LLC, led by Hal Crafton and Rush Harding, sold its namesake Conway project at 2501 Cumulus Drive for nearly $3 million.
Buyer: Glenwood Townhomes Property Investors, an affiliate of Canyon View Capital of Santa Cruz, California.
► The Agnes F. Villiger Revocable Trust bought sole ownership of three commercial projects in North Little Rock and more from the Josef A. Villiger Family Trust for nearly $2.4 million.
The North Little Rock properties were the 28-unit Skyline Apartments at 1570 Skyline Drive, the 7,898-SF Overbrook Office Building at 5515 JFK Blvd. and a 4,164-SF Hangers Cleaners at 4538 JFK Blvd.
A 38,520-SF warehouse at 1925 Redmond Road in Jacksonville and a 5,048-SF home in Sherwood’s Overbrook neighborhood rounded out the list.
► Chinese Orchid LLC of Sacramento, California, acquired the 2,924-SF T-Mobile store at 12211 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock for nearly $1.6 million. Seller: Madison Markham LLC of Issaquah, Washington.
► PB General Holdings (Baseline) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold its 9,100-SF Dollar General Store at 5023 Baseline Road for more than $1.3 million to two California investors, Gary Fultheim and Judith Brown.
► 2100 Brookwood LLC, led by Brock Brockinton purchased its 14,967-SF namesake address office building for $1.3 million.
Seller? Stamja-LP AR Properties LLC, led by Stephen LaFrance Jr.
► Charles and Belinda Jones bought the 5,195-SF Colton’s Steakhouse & Grill project at 1925 Landers Road for more than $1.2 million from the namesake revocable trust of Lloyd & Judy Brown.
