Governors Park Apartment Project Sells for $12.9MLock Icon

A west Little Rock apartment project leads the way in this week’s collection of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► QPG W Capitol Apartments LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Quad Property Group paid $12.9 million for the 154-unit Governors Park apartment project at 7820 Capitol Ave. in west Little Rock.

Seller: Governors Arkansas Associates LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Somerset Partners.

► The Nirmila V. Assomull Irrevocable Trust bought the 11918 Col. Glenn Road project for more than $3.8 million.

Seller: Crain Properties LLC, controlled by the Larry Paul Crain Sr. Revocable Trust.

► Ridgecrest Apartments Little Rock LLC of Woodmere, New York, sold its tornado-damaged namesake 222-unit project at 1900-2000 Reservoir Road for $3 million to Roadside Properties LLC, led by Joe France.

► Spa City Hospitality LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Pinnacle Hospitality Group, purchased a 2.6-acre parcel near the northeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road in west Little Rock for nearly  $2.3 million.

Seller? Chenal Lot 8 Development Co. LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

► Keown Homes Ltd., an affiliate of Little Rock’s Watershed Human & Community Agency Inc., sold the 34-house Apple Blossom development in the College Station area of east Little Rock for $1.9 million.

Buyer: Keown Homes AR LLC, an affiliate of Everest Equities Group in Brooklyn, New York.

► Andrew Salini and Allison Angel acquired a 5,007-SF house in west Little Rock’s Germay Court neighborhood from the Kevin & Karen Heath Trust for $1.4 million.

► Cypress Trail LLC, led by Eric Holloway, sold its 25-lot namesake neighborhood between Maumelle and North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

Who bought the residential property on the north side of Crystal Hill Road between Counts Massie Road and Dewaffelbakker Drive? D.R. Horton Inc. of Arlington, Texas.

► Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, bought a 41,310-SF office-warehouse project in downtown Little Rock at 620 President Clinton Ave. for more than $1.3 million.

Seller: The Lawrence D. Jacimore Living Trust.
