1 min read

Former Bentonville Chamber of Commerce CEO Graham Cobb has launched Paceline Strategies, a consulting firm that offers services in government affairs, public relations and the nonprofit sector.

In a news release, the company said it aims to “assist clients in focusing direction and building capacity to intensify mission impact and value to stakeholders.” Paceline’s focus is projects and organizations that serve the collective community and improve economic outcomes for Arkansans.

“I’ve been fortunate to build a wide experience set and diverse network across Arkansas,” Cobb said in the release. “Paceline Strategies will be a force multiplier, deploying executive level leadership to support groups striving to see that Arkansans earn more, learn more, and live well — together.”

Paceline said its services are designed to help clients address challenges including member engagement and funding, relevance and modernization, and identifying and applying best practices.

Cobb led the Bentonville Chamber of Commerce from 2017 to 2021. Under his guidance, the nonprofit business organization expanded membership and increased revenue. It also helped to pass the 2021 Bentonville City Bond Extension and won the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives’ 2019 Best in Show Award for Communication Excellence.

Cobb is also a former chief operating officer at the Little Rock Regional Chamber.

More recently, Cobb was a senior policy adviser at Walton Enterprises, the private office supporting the personal, philanthropic and business activity of the Walton family.
